Key Support Services is a Newcastle/Maitland NDIS provider that does things differently. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans or one-size-fits-all support. We believe in listening, adapting, and building services around your life, not the other way around.

Fully registered, fully insured, and staffed by qualified professionals who genuinely care—we offer everything from SIL and ILO to support coordination and community access. But more than that, we offer something harder to find: consistency, honesty, and support that adapts as your life changes.
