Supported Independent Living(SIL)
Independent Living Options(ILO)
Our ILO services are centered around giving participants full control over their living arrangements while providing the support needed to maintain independence. We offer a highly personalized approach, collaborating closely with participants and their families to develop living solutions that reflect their preferences, goals, and lifestyle. Respite

About Our Directors
Teegra – Executive Director, Key Support Services
Teegra has been an essential part of the disability sector for the past 5 years, bringing her vibrant and bubbly personality to every aspect of her work. As Executive Director at Key Support Services, she plays a key role in the day-to-day operations, supporting the Managing Director, handling HR responsibilities, payroll, and ensuring the company is compliant with workplace health and safety standards. With qualifications including a Certificate III and IV in Individual Disability Support, and currently pursuing a Diploma in HR and Admin Services, Teegra’s passion for keeping the company aligned with the latest NDIS updates is evident. Her achievements include successfully assisting in the startup of Key Support Services and keeping the company at the forefront of industry changes in the ever-evolving disability support landscape.
Ben – Directing Manager, Key Support Services
With over a decade of experience in the disability sector, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Directing Manager of Key Support Services. His qualifications include a Certificate III and IV in Individual Disability Support, a Diploma of Mental Health, and he is currently studying Psychology. Before founding Key Support Services, Ben held a variety of roles within the industry, giving him a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both participants and staff. Ben oversees the day-to-day management of the organization, ensuring that the business operates smoothly and that participants receive high-quality support services. His hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement make him a driving force behind the company’s success in delivering exceptional NDIS services.
